We place a high value on confidentiality, ethics, supervision and adhering to the protocols that are fundamental to the profession.

Additionally, we have a specialised Couples Counsellor on staff who is Gottman trained. Isha focuses on couples therapy using the Gottman Method. This model has been developed from more than 40 years of research and clinical practice by John and Julie Gottman, to provide evidence-based support for couples. Therapy initially consists of interview sessions, followed by therapy sessions. The length of therapeutic intervention varies according to each couple’s needs.
