Ashleigh brings a warm, down-to-earth presence to her clients and creates strong relationships with those she sees. She creates a safe, non-judgemental space that helps people feel comfortable opening up and engaging in therapy. Ashleigh connects easily with clients across the lifespan and has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, older adults and families. She takes a holistic approach to mental health, encouraging interdisciplinary collaboration where appropriate and tailoring therapy to each client’s needs, strengths and preferred style of engagement.

Ashleigh has a strong interest in comprehensive cognitive and diagnostic assessment, providing clear, structured reports with practical recommendations. Assessments may include clinical interview, standardised psychometric testing, behavioural observations, detailed feedback and written reports.
